Free Worldwide Shipping

Lunetterie Générale is proud to offer free international shipping for all our esteemed customers on every order over $150. 

Tracking Number & Order Fulfillment

Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an email containing a shipping number. This email will be sent to you within 48 to 72 hours when products are in stock. You can use this shipping number to track your shipment starting the next day. For pre-order items, we provide an estimated delivery month and year. Please note that exact delivery dates may vary, as all products are subject to different delivery schedules. Additionally, please be aware that sunglasses and custom orders require an additional 3-4 business days for processing. Delivery Time

Lunetterie Générale provides international delivery services. Please anticipate the following delivery times for your purchase

  • Shipment to Asia: 5 to 7 business days
  • Shipment in Oceania: 3 to 5 business days
  • Shipment in Europe: 2 to 4 business days
  • Shipment to America: 1 to 3 business days

    *Please be aware that delivery times may vary due to carrier conditions, national holidays in different countries, and customs clearance procedures. These factors are beyond our control.

Import Fees & Taxes

For all shipments to Europe, Lunetterie Générale covers VAT, customs charges, and import taxes. Since we ship from Canada, Canadian customers will be charged applicable local taxes, but no additional import duties or customs fees will apply.

For international shipments, we adhere to the Incoterm DAP (Delivered At Place). Under this arrangement, customers are responsible for settling any outstanding import taxes, customs clearance fees, or other additional charges stipulated by the customs authorities of the destination country. In such cases, the shipping company will notify you via phone or email. Please be aware that if a customer declines to pay the imposed taxes, Lunetterie Générale reserves the right to initiate the return of the purchased product to its shipping address.
